The "Find answers" button allows you to browse the knowledge base for answers. Below the buttons s contact information and hours for phone and in-person support.


What type of help is available?

IT Support provides help in a variety of ways. Click an option below to learn more:

Click the Request Help button to submit a help ticket or email / call using the contact information in the IT Support Contact Info section.

The IT Support Center technicians can help with things like:

  • Trouble logging in
  • Student Blackboard help
  • Printing assistance
  • Device management
  • And more

In-person support is provided in the Center for Technology and Learning (TL) on the Columbus Campus in the Cyber Café (Lobby) and Computer Commons* (TL 116).

The Frontliners can assist with: 

  • Laptop and hardware issues
  • Installation of approved software
  • Wi-Fi connectivity issues
  • Accessing your CSCC email  
  • And more

* The Computer Commons is a computer lab available to all current students. Students can visit during open hours to use a computer to work on school work or print out class materials.
