Multi-factor authentication with Duo

When you see the screen below when logging into a CSCC site, it means you need to complete enrollment to access your account.

Follow these instructions to setup Duo on your cell phone and connect to your CSCC account:

Note: If you do not have a cell phone, please contact the IT Support Center at 614-287-5050.

After you are enrolled:

When you are logging in, you will see a prompt similar to one of the images below. (See video in How Duo works section above.)

• First option- Universal prompt: If this pops up, check your mobile device for a push notification and approve it.

• Second option- Traditional prompt: If this message appears, click Send me a Push, then check your mobile device for a push notification and approve it.

You can register as many devices as you want during the initial enrollment process, including smartphones, and tablets. You can register another device from the Duo Self-Service portal once you have completed the initial registration process.

IT recommends registering a minimum of two devices, both your mobile and laptop. If you lose one of your devices, you can always use the secondary tool to control secure devices.

Note: Face ID / Touch ID are not available in Duo Self-Service.
