Overview

As we approach the end of support for Windows 10, CSCC IT has made the Windows 11 Update available to supported laptop and desktop computers.  The update will take approximately 2 hours and can be run at your convenience.

Some important notes before you start:

  • The first half of the update can take place in the background on your computer.
  • The second half will be completed after you restart, when prompted by the process.
  • If you are not on campus when you get started, you may be directed to connect to the CSCC VPN before you are directed to the update.
  • You will need to keep your device on and connected to the network during the entire update process.
