Disable Auto-Deletion of Meeting Invitations

If you are using the Outlook application on Windows, you can turn off automatic deletion of meeting invites, so the invite will continue to show in your inbox even after you've responded.

  1. Go to File tab.
     
  2. Click Options then Mail.
     
  3. Under Send messages section, uncheck Delete meeting requests and notifications from Inbox after responding.
    "mail" selected on the left, under "Send messages" the option to "Delete meetingrequests and notifications from inbox after responding" is undeleted
