What is Outlook?
The Microsoft Outlook application can be used to access Columbus State email on your computer or other device.
All employees and students are provided with a Columbus State email address.
What is my email address?
- [Login Name]@student.cscc.edu for students
- [Login Name]@cscc.edu for employees
To find your Login Name, follow these instructions:

Set up Outlook app for CSCC email
- Open Outlook for Android.
- If this is the first time, tap Get Started and Skip if you're prompted to add any detected accounts.
- Otherwise, open the Menu > Settings > Add Account > Add Email Account.

- Enter your full Columbus State email address, then click Continue.

Select "Exchange" for the type of account.

Sign in with CSCC credentials. Note: Multi-factor authentication (MFA) may also be required.
- If you are enrolled in multi-factor authentication (MFA) for Office 365, you will now be presented with the request for additional information. Select your preferred method to receive the MFA request.
