Install Jabber: Windows

Jabber installation

1. Download Jabber at this link: Cisco Jabber for Windows (will prompt you to log in)
    
2. Double-click the downloaded CiscoJabberSetup-Windows.msi file to start the installation
    
3. Read the notices and disclaimer and then click Accept and Install
    
4. Wait for Cisco Jabber to install
   
5. If you get this pop-up, click Yes to allow Jabber to install software on your computer
   
6. When the installer has completed, click Finish
   

Jabber setup

 Sign In

1. After you have opened the Jabber application, the login screen will appear 
    
2. Type in your CSCC employee email address and password, then click Sign In
   

 Turn Video OFF by Default

1. Click on your initials in the top left, then click on Settings
     
2. Click on Calls and select Never start calls with video.
     

 Sign Out

1. Click on the Gear  in the upper right

2. Click Sign out
