Why are there so many Wi-Fi choices?

When on campus, you may notice there are multiple Wi-Fi options. These options exist to allow different people to connect as securely as possible

Note: If you are a current student or employee, you should always connect to one of the preferred networks for improved speed and security.

 


CSCC (Preferred) 

If you are a current student or employee, connect to Columbus State's secure wireless, CSCC.

  • Sign in with your username and password

eduroam (Preferred)

This allows users from participating institutions to connect to secure wireless while on CSCC campus.

  • Sign in with your full email address and password 

CSCC-Visitor

Only use this if you are not currently enrolled in classes, or are visiting campus.

  • No credentials required
