Wi-Fi: Connect on iPhone or iPad

Secure Wi-Fi networks are password-protected and have  by their names.

Connect to Wi-Fi

  1. Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, and make sure Wi-Fi is turned on.
     
  2. Tap the name of the secure Wi-Fi network you want to join. 
    If you are unsure, see Which Wireless Should I Connect to?
     
  3. Log in with your Columbus State credentials, then tap Join
    If you are unable to login, follow these instructions to Reset your Password.

After you join the network, you'll see  next to the network and  at the top of your phone screen.

Troubleshooting / Forget network

If you have any issues connecting, or if you changed your CSCC password but the Wi-Fi connection is not prompting you to enter the new password, you may need to remove or forget the network first.

  1. Open Settings, then select Wi-Fi.
  2. Tap the information  icon to the right of the network you want to remove.
  3. Tap Forget This Network.
  4. Tap Forget to confirm.
  5. Now, try reconnecting to wifi by re-entering your username and password.
