What is Immuware?

Immuware is a 3rd party health record management software where prospective medical students can submit medical records that are required for admission to the program.

How do CSCC users gain access to Immuware?

Students and employees are required to fill out a form prior to accessing Immuware. If they have questions, they should contact the Health Records office. Health Records | Columbus State Community College (cscc.edu). Access to the form is provided through this office.  It can take up to 24 hours after completing the form for them to gain access to Immuware. They are told this when they complete the form.

How do they log in to Immuware?

Immuware has been set up to allow for single sign-on (just like with Workday, Blackboard, Starfish, Self-Service, etc).  Users go to https://cscc.immuware.com/ and click the Login button. If they are already authenticated, and have completed the previously-mentioned form, then they should get right in.  If they have not already authenticated, then they will need to log in to ADFS just like with Blackboard, Self-Service, etc.  If they have not completed the form - or the form was completed within the last 24 hours, they will not have access.

Who should a student contact if they have issues accessing Immuware?

If they have questions, they should contact the Health Records office. Health Records | Columbus State Community College (cscc.edu).
