Employee Printing: Mac

Note: These instructions will only work when the computer is on campus, or running Cisco AnyConnect VPN.

 

  1. Make sure the Mac is connected to the Network, wired or wireless should work.
     
  2. Go to Apple Menu > System Preferences > Printers & Scanners


     
  3. If locked, click the lock and enter your credentials to make changes.
     
  4. Then click the plus sign to add a new printer.
     
  5. In the search box at the top, type "follow"
     
  6. Select EMPRINT-FollowMe (do NOT choose STPRINT - this is for students)
     
  7. For Use: select Generic Postscript Printer
     
  8. Click Add


     
  9. Then you will see the FollowMe printer in the list of installed printers.
