Mobile Printing

Notice: Due to COVID-19, some campus labs and common areas containing printers that are capable of mobile printing are currently closed. As these areas reopen and mobile printing is available, it will be added it below.

Currently available printing locations:

  • Employees - office areas in open buildings
  • Students - Computer Commons (TL 116)


Setup Mobility Printing

Follow these instructions to print a document to Columbus State printers from your personal device. 

Supported devices are Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and ChromeOS (Chromebook).


Connect to mobile printing

  1. Make sure your device is on the Columbus State wireless network.
  2. In a browser on your device, go to (this page will only load on Columbus State's network).
  3. Select your device operating system on that page (or below) and follow the device-specific instructions, or view the instructions below.
    Note: you may be asked to install a Mobility Print app or installer.

Select printers to add

At some point, your device will ask you which printer(s) to add. You will need to log in with your Columbus State username and password to authenticate.


  • Select FollowMe [Student FollowMe Printing] this allows you to print almost anywhere on campus, including Regional Learning Centers (RLC's).
  • For printing in the Commons (TL 116), also select CommonsFollowMe [stprint]
  • For printing at Moeller Hall, also select MoellerFollowMe [stprint]


  • Select FollowMe [Employee FollowMe Printing] this allows you to print almost anywhere on campus, including RLC's.
