Launch the OnBase Unity Client.
In OnBase, select
Upload
which will be in the ribbon near the top of the page.
Select the
browse
option in the top left hand corner and browse out to the file that you would like to upload.
* The upload function only allows one document to be uploaded at a time.
Once the document is browsed out to and selected, it will then appear in the main part of the page.
In the panel to the left, you will select what Document type group this document belongs to, what document type (folder) it will be stored in, and what file type. *for file type, you will almost always select “image file format”.
Once document type group and document type is specified, a list of keyword values will be available.
Enter in the keyword values that will be attached to this document and when finished, click
Upload,
and you are done.
