How to access OnBase using the web client

1. Go to https://onbase.cscc.edu/AppNet in a web browser
   Firefox or Chrome will give the best user experience - Edge will not allow access to the workflow
    
2. Sign in using your CSCC username and password
   
   
    
3. Once you sign in you will need to allow pop ups and always allow from onbase.cscc.esu/AppNet
    

How to Navigate OnBase

To navigate the web client using the 3 bars () in the upper left

• To retrieve document select Document Retrieval
   
• To go to a workflow select Open Workflow (the workflow will open a new window)
