Microsoft 365: Online Access

Access to Microsoft 365 is only available to current Columbus State Students and Employees. When you are no longer enrolled in CSCC courses or stop receiving a CSCC paycheck, the Microsoft 365 applications installed on your device become inactive

Access Office 365

  1. Open a web browser, and navigate to myapps.microsoft.com
     
  2. Sign in using your email address and password (same password that you use for Workday and Blackboard)
  • Student - username@student.cscc.edu  || Employee - username@cscc.edu
  1. Click the Microsoft application icon that meets your needs. If you don't see what you're looking for, use the search bar at the top.
  • Outlook: office email and appointment scheduling
  • Teams: virtual meeting space for your team
  • Word: document creation
  • Excel: spreadsheets and calculations
  • PowerPoint: presentations
  • OneNote: create and share notes for better collaboration

Switching between Apps

  1. In any Office 365 application, click on the Waffle icon () on the top left corner of the screen:
    Office 365 Waffle button for Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive
  2. Click the Office Application link that you wish to switch to
    Menu of Office 365 applications
