Enterprise Project Management Office

The Columbus State Community College Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) is a service organization created to provide college-wide support for governance and portfolio management best practices. The EPMO also consults campus units in utilizing the project management framework and standardizes project management tools and templates.

The mission of the EPMO is two-fold:

· To create a foundation of transparency and consistent project management practice through the development and enhancement of strong project/program management discipline within Columbus State's project teams.

· Ensure connection and alignment of projects to institutional priorities and that those projects are guided to a successful conclusion.
