We're upgrading to Workday
Columbus State is upgrading from our current student information system (Self-Service / CougarWeb) to a new system: Workday! In Workday, students will be able to register for courses, manage their financial aid, update contact information, and more – all in one place.

What Students Need to Know
- Current Students:
- Different functions will move to Workday as we progress through the upgrade. We will be using two system for a short time (April-August). Our staff is here to help you as we work through this transition together.
- Beginning on April 8th, students will manage personal information and register for Autumn 2026 classes in Workday.
- In the meantime, you will register for Spring and Summer 2026 classes using our current system CougarWeb / Self-Service.
- Workday training, helpful resources, and FAQs are available for students at cscc.edu/workdayinfo
- Future Students:
- Students who plan to start college in Autumn 2026 or after will apply for admission using Workday.
- Students, including College Credit Plus students, planning to start in Spring 2026 or Summer 2026 will register using our existing process.
