Demographic Information
A student account must have at least three of the following fields entered in Colleague in order to use the Account Discovery website:
- birth_date
- maiden_name (technically this also includes gender and last name)
- middle_name (initial)
- city (preferred address)
- zip code (preferred address)
Student Central can help
If you are receiving an error saying, "Not enough demographic information," speak with Student Central to get it fixed:

- International students need to speak with International Admissions - Located in the lower level of Madison Hall (phone: 614-287-2074).
- All other students should go to Student Central in the upper level of Madison Hall.
