Account Discovery Error: "Not enough demographic information"

When attempting initial account discovery a student receives an error that there is "Not enough demographic information" to process the request.

A student account must have at least three of the following fields entered in Colleague in order to use the Account Discovery website:

• birth_date
• maiden_name (technically this also includes gender and last name)
• middle_name (initial)
• city (preferred address)
• zip code (preferred address) 

 

If a student is receiving an error, saying "Not enough demographic information" they need to speak with Student Central to get it fixed:

• Online chat option on the Student Services Website
• By phone - (614) 287-5353
• By email - information@cscc.edu

 

In Person:

• International students need to speak with International Admissions - Located in the lower level of Madison Hall (phone: 614-287-2074).    
• All other students should go to Student Central in the upper level of Madison Hall.
