When an email is 2 years old, Outlook automatically moves it to the archive. You can access the archived emails right from your email account.
To view the archive, look over to the left. You will see your archive down toward the bottom of the list. Look for Online Archive and then look in the Inbox. Any emails that were placed in folders, will still be in those same folders in the archive.
