PC hoteling space:

Equipment provided:

• 1 monitor (*with a web cam and speakers)

• 1 desktop

• 1 mouse/keyboard

• 1 network cable

• 1 video cable

• Note: A phone is not provided in a hoteling space.

  • Jabber can be used

Equipment to bring:

• Headset

• Use Jabber for phone

Non-PC hoteling space:
(OneDevice kit or BYO laptop)

Equipment provided:

• 1 monitor (*potentially with a webcam and speakers)

• 1 HDMI cable (if the monitor is HDMI)

• 1 network cable

• Note: A phone is not provided in a hoteling space.

  • Jabber can be used

Equipment to bring:

• Laptop

• Power brick

• Network adapter for RJ45

• Mouse

• Headset

• Use Jabber for phone

1. Exceptions can be requested and will be reviewed by the CIO.

2. * Monitors with built-in webcams may be used in hoteling spaces associated with a desktop. Laptops have a built-in webcam, so standard monitors may be used if employee has a laptop.
