What is Workday?
Workday is Columbus State’s new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. We’re currently in Phase 2 of the Workday implementation:
Phase 1: Workday Platform (human resources, payroll, and finance) – now live!
Phase 2: Workday Student – tracking toward Autumn Semester 2026 launch
Workday allows the College to streamline business processes by consolidating our Business Services, Human Resources, and Payroll efforts into a single platform. Columbus State employees can view pay information, submit expense reports, update contact or benefit information, recruit and onboard new hires, and so much more!

1) Log in to Workday
LOG IN TO WORKDAY
Workday is Single Sign On (SSO), which means, if you've already logged into something in your browser, it will automatically log you in. If not, you will use your regular Columbus State login credentials to log in.
