How do I connect my device?
In a hybrid conference room, you can share your device's screen in an online meeting so the remote attendees and see it, as well as in-person attendees who will see what you are sharing on the room's TV display.
To display your device on the conference room TV, you will need to:
- Start a meeting on the in-room PC
- Join that same meeting on your device
- Share your device's screen in the meeting

Connect using Zoom
- Log in: Use the wireless keyboard and mouse in the room to log into the PC. Then log into Zoom with your CSCC account.

- Start a meeting: Inside of Zoom, click the New Meeting button to immediately start a meeting.
- Join the meeting again: On your device, join as a guest this time. (You can only sign in and host a meeting on one computer at a time)
- Go to https://zoom.us/join and type in the meeting ID and passcode to easily enter as a guest or click the meeting link.
- Do not connect to audio on this device.
- Share content: Open the content you want to present on your personal device
- Share your screen in the online meeting for remote attendees.
- In-person attendees will see it on the display in the room.
For the best experience, use your personal device only for screensharing. Keep the microphone and video off and speaker volume muted.
