Need Blackboard help? We have training and information available in many formats. Click on a panel for more information:
Live training
At the beginning of each semester, IT offers live training sessions both online and in-person, called Blackboard Drop-in Labs.
Stop in anytime during open hours.
Blackboard Drop-in Labs (Online in Zoom)
Students can sign up for an online training session for individualized help with navigating and completing coursework in Blackboard.
Registered students can join anytime during the listed sessions and stay for as long as they need. Individual questions will be addressed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Autumn 2025 Schedule:
Our online training sessions are completed for Autumn. Check back in January to see our schedule for the Spring semester.
