Document Camera will not display

Why isn't the document camera displaying?

If the document camera isn't displaying on the projector screen, please check the following:

  • Extron panel - Doc Cam selected
  • Document camera - cables secure

Extron Panel: 

  • Check that the control panel is ON and Doc Cam is selected.Extron panel with Display section "ON" button circled and input section "Doc Cam" circled

Document camera:

  • Check that the document camera is on, and the camera is selected (indicated by a blue light).

  • Also check that the HDMI cable is plugged into HDMI Out tightly.
