(Windows devices)

  1. Select the Network  icon on the taskbar. The icon that appears depends on your current connection state. If you don’t see one of the network icons (or a similar one) shown in the following image, select the Up arrow  to see if it appears there.

  2. Choose the Wi-Fi network you want, then select Connect.
    If you are unsure, see Which Wireless Should I Connect to?

  3. Type your Columbus State username and  network password, and then select Next.
    If you are unable to login, follow these instructions to Reset your Password.

  4. Choose No, when asked if you want your PC to be discoverable by other PCs and devices on the network.


Troubleshooting / Forget network

If you have any issues connecting, or if you changed your CSCC password but the Wi-Fi connection is not prompting you to enter the new password, you may need to remove or forget the network first.

Windows 11

  1. Select the Start menu in your taskbar.
  2. Open Settings, then select Network & internet on the left menu.
  3. Select WiFi, then select Manage known networks.
  4. Click Forget next to the wifi network you want to remove.

Windows 10

  1. Select the Start menu in your taskbar.
  2. Open Settings, then select Network & internet on the left menu.
  3. Select WiFi, then select Manage known networks.
  4. Select the network you want to remove, then click Forget.
  5. Now, try reconnecting to wifi by re-entering your username and password.
