What is the Workday Mobile App?

The Workday app provides secure mobile access to employees and students when they are on the go.

Employees can access HR and finance tasks related to time entry, payslips, updating personal information, approvals, org charts, and more.
Students can access student account tasks related to financial aid, updating personal information, grades, academic progress, registration, and academic planning.

Note: Not all features and tasks are available on the mobile app. To access all features, use Workday in a browser on a computer or laptop. Login at cscc.edu/workday

How to navigate the Workday mobile app:

Home

Tap Home to access important announcements, apps, tasks, and notifications. Your frequently used apps will display here. Tapping an icon will open the selected feature.

Note: Your screen and the listed options on the homepage may differ from what you see here. The experience is customized for each user.

Apps

Tap Apps to display the entire list of apps available to you in Workday. The homepage helps you get to important items. Frequently used items display first and options will automatically update based on your activity.

My Tasks

Tap My Tasks to display any tasks that need to be completed. All tasks will display here, but not everything can be completed in the mobile app.

Find (Search bar)

Tap Find to search for tasks, students, or other items in Workday. In the search box, type the name of the report, task, or student. Select the correct response from the listed options or click search to see more options.

Profile

Tap Profile to access your Workday profile. From this screen, you can view and edit your name and contact information.
