Moving to Workday

Columbus State is upgrading from our current student information system (CougarWeb Self-Service) to Workday. During this transition, we will use two systems for a short time (April-August 2026). In general:

Activities related to the Spring and Summer 2026 semesters will happen in the old system (CougarWeb Self-Service).
Activities related to Autumn 2026 and beyond will happen in the new system (Workday).

Access Workday in a browser

Visit cscc.edu/workday
Enter your Columbus State username and password. (The same password you use for other CSCC applications, like your student email and Blackboard)

If you need to reset your password, go to password.cscc.edu or follow the instructions to learn How to Change your Columbus State Password

If prompted, use Multi-factor authentication (MFA) to confirm your identity.
Workday will open up to your homepage.

Access Workday in the Mobile App

If you prefer, you can also access Workday on your phone or tablet using the mobile app. For details, see Workday: Mobile App Setup
