Setup Mail App on iPhone

Note: These instructions are for using the iPhone's built Mail app on an iPhone.

  1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone
     
  2. Select Passwords & Accounts, then click Add Account
    "add account" option highlighted in the iPhone "Passwords & accounts" menu
  3. Select Microsoft Exchange (or Exchange) from the list
  4. For Email enter your full student or employee e-mail address
    • Students - [username]@student.cscc.edu
    • Employees - [username]@cscc.edu

      If you don't know your username or password, read the article: Discover My Login Name / Password

  5. Enter a Description of your choosing, and click Next
  6. From the pop-up, choose Sign In
  7. Select Work or school account
  8. Check for the Columbus State logo on this screen, then Enter Password
  9. Choose what you want to sync (green means it will sync)

  10. Click Save at the top when done
     

If you follow these steps and get a message that says, Unable to verify account, please contact the IT Support Center for assistance.
