Public Records Request - Email

Emails sent and received by Columbus State employees qualify as public records.

Since emails are public records, a previous employee's request to retrieve their emails must be submitted through Columbus State's Legal Department. The Legal Department will then reach out to the Email Administrators to have the data retrieved, and pass it on to the requester.
