What is a Hotspot?

A Personal Hotspot lets you share the cellular data connection of your iPhone to access the internet when you don't have access to a Wi-Fi network

Set up a Personal Hotspot on your iPhone

  1. Go to Settings > Cellular > Personal Hotspot
     
  2. Tap the slider next to Allow Others to Join
     
  3. Follow the instructions on your phone's screen to connect using Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or USB - See this Apple Support Page for more details
         If you received a CSCC Chromebook, you will connect to your hotspot during setup following the instructions in Chromebook - Getting StartediPhone screen with "Personal Hotspot" turned on
