Method 1
Reboot the computer.
Method 2
Click the
Magnifying Glass
by the Start Menu so the search bar shows
Type:
troubleshooting
and press
Enter
on your keyboard
In the search box, type:
internet connection
Double click the internet connection result that appears
Follow the on screen wizard to see if it can attempt to fix your problem
Method 3
(Must have admin rights, contact the IT Support Center at x5050)
Click the
Magnifying Glass
by the Start Menu so the search bar shows
Type:
CMD,
then right click on
Command Prompt
in the results window and click
Run as administrator
At the command prompt, enter:
ipconfig/release
Then enter:
ipconfig/renew
Then enter:
ipconfig/flushdns
Enter
exit
to close the command prompt, and restart the computer
Method 4
(Must have admin rights, contact the IT Support Center at x5050)
Same first two steps of method 3
Enter i
pconfig /registerdns
without quotes and press enter
