Issue:
Windows computer is giving me a Network Error message:

Solution:
There are 4 methods to try that can resolve this issue. The first 2 you can try on your own, if they don't work, call the IT Support Center for assistance with the others.
Method 1
Reboot the computer.
Method 2
- Click the Magnifying Glass by the Start Menu so the search bar shows

- Type: troubleshooting and press Enter on your keyboard
- In the search box, type: internet connection
- Double click the internet connection result that appears
- Follow the on screen wizard to see if it can attempt to fix your problem
Method 3
(Must have admin rights, contact the ITSC)
- Click the Magnifying Glass by the Start Menu so the search bar shows

- Type: CMD, then right click on Command Prompt in the results window and click Run as administrator

- At the command prompt, enter: ipconfig/release
- Then enter: ipconfig/renew
- Then enter: ipconfig/flushdns
- Enter exit to close the command prompt, and restart the computer
Method 4
(Must have admin rights, contact the ITSC)
- Same first two steps of method 3
- Enter ipconfig /registerdns without quotes and press enter
