Blackboard not loading

If you are on a Mac or iPhone and when you log into Blackboard and just see the spinning wheel- you may be on an older version of Safari.

Blackboard only supports the "current version and one preceding" in Safari for iOS and macOS.

How do I fix it?

If you are getting having this issue, you will need to do one of the following:

Option 1: Upgrade your iOS/macOS, if possible

Update your iPhone or iPad
- If your iPhone or iPad won't update
Update macOS on Mac
- Troubleshoot macOS compatibility: The latest version of macOS your Mac can run

Option 2: Use an alternative browser such as Chrome or Firefox

Browsers for iPhone/iPad:
- App Store: Google Chrome
- App Store: Mozilla Firefox
Browsers for Mac:
- Download and install Google Chrome
- Download and install Mozilla Firefox

Option 3: Use a virtual desktop or campus computer lab

Virtual Desktop: Phone or Tablet Setup

The Learning Center/Library in Moeller Hall on Delaware Campus
Other computer labs

Option 4: Use the Blackboard app

Download and install the Blackboard mobile app
