Issue
A user may encounter an issue, particularly on an iOS device, where they encounter this error message from Duo despite basic troubleshooting. Selecting "Try Again" may lead to a blank page or "Other options" may lead to an empty prompt.
Resolution
This can be resolved by adjusting the Date & Time settings within the settings of their device.
- Access the Settings app.
- Select General.
- Select Date & Time.
- Make sure Set Automatically is turned on, or checked green.
