Self-Service: Obtain a 1098-T Form

Starting in 2025, Students who need a copy of their prior-year 1098-T forms will now need to request a reprint directly. To obtain a copy, students should send an email request to 1098t@cscc.edu.

 

  1. Log on to Self-Service.
     
  2. On the left side of the page, expand Financial Information, then click on Tax Information.
    Financial Information menu open with "Tax information" selected and showing on the right side of the window
  3. Click on the 1098-T form(s) you would lie to view in the 1098 Statements section.
