Self-Service: Obtain a 1098-T Form

How to get your 1098-T form for students to claim educational credits on your tax return

1. Log on to Self-Service.
    
2. On the left side of the page, expand Financial Information, then click on Tax Information.
   
3. Click on the 1098-T form(s) you would lie to view in the 1098 Statements section.
