Request an official transcript from Columbus State
Official transcripts that record a student's completed courses and grades assigned for college level credit may be ordered by a student and/or third-party as necessary. All orders for official transcripts must be made through Parchment Transcript Services
To request a transcript, you will need to 1) create and account with Parchment and 2) order your transcript.
