Supplemental Application for the Culinary Apprenticeship Program

 

Applications for the Culinary Apprenticeship Program must include two (2) letters of reference, a 200-word essay on why you wish to become a chef, a high school transcript or GED certificate, and a college transcript attached to this application. Deadline for completed application for SP20 is October 1, 2019, to begin the apprenticeship program in the spring semester.
