WHAT IS THE TD TICKETING APPLICATION?

The TD Ticketing Application is a relatively recent feature addition to the TD system. It allows participating CSCC departments to customize their work request ticket [intake] forms, to their specific department needs for information, communication, organization, tracking, prioritization, and assignment of work requests from the campus.
Once the ticketing application is configured, the service being offered is added to the TD service catalog. The customized work request form for that department is then added to the TD portal where specified users are given access.
After a service request form is completed and submitted, the system creates a ticket for the request and sends it to the appropriate department resource for processing. All ticketing information, including time spent completing the ticket work, dates, ticket communications from entry to completion, attachments, etc. are held and archived in the TD system for future review if necessary.
