TeamDynamix Customized Response Template

TeamDynamix (TDX) has the option to customize response templates that are sent from your TDX ticketing or work management application to your department's users. Customized response templates allow for consistent updates to comments, like canned responses. When updating a ticket, the comments can be automatically generated by selecting a Response Templates notification template. Although each response templates has unique text relevant to the ticket subject, multiple response templates can be grouped into categories to organize and manage response templates based on the nature of the communication.
