Requirements to be a Peer Tutor

A student must meet the minimum requirements to become a peer tutor;

1)  Be at least 18 years of age

2)  Have an overall GPA of 3.00 or higher

3)  Have received an A or B in the course(s) the student desires to tutor in

4)  Be enrolled as a current student at Columbus State Community College in three or more credit hours in a degree certificate-seeking program for the desired semester you seek employment

5)  Be recommended by a faculty member to be a Peer Tutor
