Reset Insight Channel for Classrooms
- Open Faronics Insight Tech Console
- You will get a CheckGroupMembership error and the machines will be locked out for a couple of minutes
- After a couple of minutes, refresh the console
- Once the console is unlocked, proceed to step 2
- Sort the list by Machine Name
- Find the lab in question (example: BF147)
- Highlight all machines in the lab (see screenshot)
- Go to the Manage menu and select Change Student Channel…
- Type the correct channel into the popup box and click OK.

A Remote Credentials box will pop up
- Enter your credentials
- Type CSCC in the Domain name field
- Click OK
- The box will close and reset the channel for the lab
