Workday Mobile App
Employees and students can access Workday in a browser or in the Workday mobile app.
- The app is ideal for basic self-service tasks and getting information on the go.
- For access to all Workday features, use a laptop or desktop computer.
Install and log in
Select the appropriate option below to view instructions for your device:
iPhone / iOS
If you already have the app installed, but need to log in, skip to step #4.
If you are already signed in to the mobile app with another organization, review the Switch and manage multiple organizations section below.
- From your device, open the App Store.
- Enter Workday in the search box and select Workday from the results.
- Tap Get, then install the app. Tap Open once the app is downloaded.
- In the Workday app, tap Log In.
- Type "cscc" in the Organization ID field. Then tap the blue arrow to continue.
- Log in using your Columbus State username and password.
- Complete multi-factor authentication in Duo when prompted. Then, tap Sign in.
- Optional: When setting up the Mobile App, users with enabled devices may see a prompt asking to enable Face or Touch ID. Tap the Use Face or Touch ID button to enable this feature or tap Skip to continue.
- Optional: You can also create a 6-digit PIN, which will serve as an alternative login method. Tap Skip if you prefer not to use this feature. This may not be necessary if you already enabled Face or Touch ID.
- If a pin is entered, click the blue checkmark in the bottom right corner of the screen. When prompted, reenter the PIN, then tap the checkmark again to confirm.
- Tap Allow to enable push notifications if desired.
- Tap OK to enable push notifications if desired.
Android
If you already have the app installed, but need to log in, skip to step #4.

- From your device, open the Google Play Store.
- Enter Workday in the search box and select Workday from the results.
- Tap Install, then tap Open once the app is downloaded.
- In the Workday app, tap Log In.
- Type "cscc" in the Organization ID field. Then tap the blue arrow to continue.
- Log in using your Columbus State username and password.
- Complete multi-factor authentication in Duo when prompted. Then, tap Sign in.
- Optional: You can also create a 6-digit PIN, which will serve as an alternative login method. Tap Skip if you prefer not to use this feature.
- If a pin is entered, click the blue checkmark in the bottom right corner of the screen. When prompted, reenter the PIN, then tap the checkmark again to confirm.

Switch and manage multiple organizations
In some cases, a CSCC student or employee may already be using the Workday system with another employer or school. The Workday mobile app allows a user to switch between multiple organizations if needed.

If you are using the Workday mobile app for multiple organizations, follow these instructions to switch between them or manage your access.
- In the mobile app, access your Workday homepage.
- Tap the organization logo in the top left corner of the screen.
- Tap Switch Organization in the menu.
- You can select an existing organization to log in.

- Manage Organizations- Here you can edit, remove, or rename an existing organization
- Add Organization- Setup app access for an additional Workday organization
