Why can't I log in to email?

Wait 15 minutes after changing your password to give the new password time to sync to Outlook.

Make sure to log in with your full CSCC Email address, not just username:

  • Students: [username]@student.cscc.edu 
  • Employees: [username]@cscc.edu
