What is WiFi calling?
Wi-Fi calling is when a smartphone uses the Wi-Fi signal to place calls instead of cell service. This is especially useful in places where cell signal is weak or unavailable, like the lower levels of some campus buildings.
This feature is available on most smartphones, but not all carriers support it. Contact your carrier to confirm availability.
