If you need the invite to be (re)sent to you, contact the IT Support Center. Techs can refer to the article: TI-Smartview for IT Technicians.

Click on the link in the email from Texas Instruments to get to the download page. select the relevant software based on your operating system: Mac or Windows
- Once downloaded, open the installer and click "Next" through the dialogs.
- You do not need to restart your machine.
- The program name is, “TI-SmartView CE for the TI-84 family” you should see it in "recent" or type it in the search box to find it.
- When you open the program, it will ask you to sign in. Select Microsoft (work or school account) and enter your CSCC credentials.
License / session limits
- Session Limits: Texas Instruments allows a maximum of three active sessions across devices. If a user logs into a fourth device without logging out of a previous session, the software will display an error.
- Proper Logout Required: It’s crucial to log out fully by going to Help -> Sign Out within the emulator program (found at the bottom of the Help menu). Simply closing the program will not end the session. Each session must be signed out individually to free up a slot.
- Automatic Release: If a session is not logged out correctly, it will remain active but will automatically release after 10 days.
Please note that this setup is managed by Texas Instruments, not by CSCC, so we (ITSC and IT Frontliners) cannot manually release any sessions.
