What is TeamDynamix Mobile?
The TeamDynamix Mobile application allows service management technicians to access TeamDynamix Work Management while away from their desk. TeamDynamix Mobile includes support for Tickets, Assets, Configuration Items, People and Locations. The app is available from the App Store or Google Play store.

Install TeamDynamix Mobile
To get started with TeamDynamix Mobile, follow these steps:
- Install the app on your mobile device. Tap one of the app store buttons below or scan the Install the Mobile App QR Code to find the app in your app store.
Set up TeamDynamix Mobile
- Open the app on your mobile device.
- In the field for TeamDynamix Instance ID, there are multiple ways to enter the ID:
- Copy and paste Columbus State's Instance ID into the field: f6d89395-f258-421b-b805-327c5a3f3b6d
- OR click the QR code scanner icon next to the field and scan the QR code below.
- Click OK to proceed.
- You will be prompted to sign in using your Columbus State credentials.
