Need Blackboard help? We have training and information available in many formats. Click on a panel for more information:
Live training
At the beginning of each semester, IT offers live training sessions both online and in-person, called Blackboard Drop-in Labs.
Stop in anytime during open hours.
Blackboard Drop-in Labs (Online in Zoom)
Students can sign up for an online training session for individualized help with navigating and completing coursework in Blackboard.
Registered students can join at any time during the listed sessions and stay as long as they need. Individual questions will be addressed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Summer 2026 Schedule:
Our online training sessions are completed for Summer semester. Check back in August to see our schedule for the Autumn semester.
