IT regularly offers the following technology trainings for employees. You can register for sessions in Cougar Connect


Fundamentals of Forms

Learn more about creating surveys or polls in Microsoft Forms. We will discuss how to create an individual or group form, share it with respondents, and view or export your results

Cloud Storage 101

In this session, we will demonstrate how to store and share files in the cloud using OneDrive. Perfect for beginners who want to learn the basics and benefits of cloud storage

Introduction to OneNote

OneNote is a digital notebook you can use to manage projects, take meeting minutes, and more. Learn how to enhance your notes with multimedia and use search options to find what you need quickly. Integration with Outlook and other office tools can also streamline your productivity.

Optimize task management with Planner

Learn how to stay organized and manage your work as a team using Planner. We will demonstrate how to create a plan, add and assign tasks, and create templates for future projects.

IT Training Office Hours

Employees can drop in to say hi, ask a follow-up question, discuss our technology, or share an idea for future IT training. Available from 10 am to Noon on the following Fridays:
