The first time you share content in Teams on a Mac, you may get this pop-up, asking for permission. To allow screen sharing, follow these instructions:
- Select Open System Preferences (or System Settings in macOS 13 and later).

- This will open Screen Recording permissions.
Note: If it doesn't open, you can go to System Preferences (or System Settings), and browse there manually.
- Click the check box or slider next to Microsoft Teams to select it, allowing it to record the contents of your screen for sharing.


- You will have to quit and restart Teams of this to take effect.
