Licensing

While many Microsoft applications are included with a Columbus State Microsoft Office 365 license, Project and Visio are licensed individually.

• To request a license for Project or Visio, follow the Software Request instructions and submit a request form.
   

Use in a browser

Go to myapps.microsoft.com and locate, or search for Project or Visio.

It will then open in the browser for use, with some limitations. To get full features, install the application following the instructions below.

Install the apps

Once you have been given access to Project or Visio, follow these instructions for installation:

1. Go to portal.office.com/account
    
2. In the apps & devices section, click on View apps & devices
   
3. Below the option to install the full Office suite, you will see Project and/or Visio listed. Click the Install button for the software you would like to install, and follow the prompts to run the installer.
